Since March, I have been the social media marketing manager at Starform. In three months, I have led social media strategy, redefining our content voice and strategy and growing organic viewership by over 770% on Instagram (8.6 mil views), 510% on Facebook (6.6 mil views), and 202% on YouTube. Additionally, I have grown our engagement rates significantly across platforms, including by 355% on Facebook and 420% on Instagram. I manage our socials end-to-end from planning content ideas, testing hooks, editing videos, reporting analytics, responding to players, gauging player sentiment, and working with content creators.
